MPCL donates ambulance to PSB

Mari Petroleum Company LTD (MPCL), Tuesday, handed over a fully equipped ambulance to Pakistan Sports Board (PSB). The ambulance was handed over to DG PSB Mr Arif Ibrahim by Brig Saleem Nawaz (Retd) Consultant Sports MPCL on behalf of Lt Gen Ishfaq Nadeem (Retd) CEO & MD MPCL.
The fully equipped ambulance worth 2.7 Million Rupees has been donated to PSB by MPCL as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Lt Gen Ishfaq Nadeem (Retd) MD & CEO MPCL on the occasion said that development of national sports is very close to his heart and MPCL always come forward to support this national cause. MD MPCL said that we hope that this donation will help PSB to efficiently handle the sports injuries and other emergencies during the sports events.
Mr Arif Ibrahim DG PSB thanked Mari petroleum for its timely and gracious support. The DG PSB said that sports has now become a science and a management practice and such support from a sports friendly corporate entity is a welcome sign which other corporates shall also follow. Brig Saleem Nawaz (Retd) a well-known sports personality of Pakistan Army who is now a force multiplier and a consultant of Sports in MPCL said that such initiative speaks of MPCL leadership vision and interest in promoting sports under CSR programs.
