A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Islamia University of Bahawalpur and the Institute of Policy Studies for joint education and research.
The agreement was signed by Vice Chancellor Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob and Chairman Institute of Policy Studies Islamabad Khalid Rehman. Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob stated that it was the need of the hour for higher education institutions to promote social and economic development through quality and useful research.
He said that such purposeful research and cooperation in the field of higher education would help in making the country a knowledge-based society.—PR
