MoU inked to serve thalassemic children

Sundus Foundation and Sarwar Foundation have signed an MoU to serve the children suffering from thalassemia disease. According to details, Begum Governor Punjab Perveen Sarwar, who is also Vice Chairperson of Sarwar Foundation, visited Sundus Foundation on Monday.
On this occasion, Ameen Baitul Mall Punjab Malik Azam, Sundus Foundation’s Administrator Muhammad Yaqoob, renowned journalist Sohail Warraich, Khalid Abbas Dar, Dr. Najma, Musarrat Qayyum and others were also present.
Sarwar Foundation’s Vice Chairperson Perveen Sarwar and Sundus Foundation’s Administrator Muhammad Yaqoob signed the MoU on behalf of their respective sides, and announced to work jointly for thalassaemic children. Addressing the ceremony, Begum Perveen Sarwar said that Sundus Foundation is working for children suffering from thalasemia and we have also decided to work jointly for this sacred cause.
She said that Alhamdullilah, there is no such example in the world the way Pakistani nation is contributing actively in welfare works. The philanthropists’ spirit for this sacred cause is also highly commendable. Sundus Found ation’s Administrator Muha mmad Yaqoob said that the children under treatment at Sundus Foundation are not the patient.
