Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has urged Gulf states to recognise their “real enemy”, assess its intentions and take steps to counter its plans.
In a written message issued on Sunday, Khamenei also stressed the importance of solidarity and collective defence in the face of perceived threats, while urging Muslim nations to deepen cooperation and coordination.
Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi described the Minab school strike as an “eternal wound” that would remain deeply etched in the country’s collective memory, state-run IRNA reported.
In a post on Instagram, Araghchi said he had visited an art exhibition featuring paintings inspired by the incident.
He described the exhibition as a place “where art weeps and makes others weep”, reflecting the lasting grief associated with the tragedy.
