Ministerial Staff is the backbone of the police force says DIG Hazara Muhammad Ali Baba Khail while addressing first of its kind conference of police ministerial staff of Hazara Range at District Council Hall on Friday.
DIG Hazara said that success of the police force is stitched with the backdoor performance of the ministerial staff of all sections of the police and it is best time of not only recognize the services of police ministerial staff but badly needed to improve the perforce of the staff keeping in line the coming challenges and new dimension of the working plans as modern ways and means has made abrupt changes in the workings of departments and police staff should also be well versed with the latest techniques and trend he remarked.
While giving word of advice, Muhammad Ali Baba Khail asked the police staff to adhere the professionalism and honesty as their basic tools to perform their duties and slackness to perform their duties can cost not only to the victims but can slow down the performance of the police force which could not be tolerated.
Try to come upto the expectations of the general public and officers who needs the speedy response of the ministerial work as now files does not moves but the performance speaks about the efficiency of the staff.
DIG also given the patient hearing on the problems and difficulties faced by the ministerial staff and assured to solve them locally while will present their case to high ups without any delay and added tha all staff will be provided equal opportunities to perform duties on all seats on rotations.
