DUBAI – Pakistani nationals who are employed in Dubai, a key Emirates of the UAE, can sponsor their families to live with them if they the requirements, including monthly salary, of the host country.
Both, employers and employees, who hold valid UAE residence visas, can sponsor residence visas for their families.
Any person, who meets the requirements, regardless of his job titles is eligible to sponsor the family. Previously, only some professions were allowed to sponsor Dubai family visa.
Documents Required for Sponsoring Dubai Family Visa
Documents required to sponsor wife and children include:
application form – either online or through a registered typing office
passport copies of the wife and children
photos of the wife and children
medical clearance certificate of the wife and children above 18 years
copy of the husband’s employment contract or company contract
salary certificate from the employer stating the husband’s monthly salary
attested marriage certificate
registered tenancy contract.
Male and female family members who are to be sponsored and who have completed the age of 18 need to undergo and pass medical fitness tests at approved health centres in the UAE.
Minimum Salary for Sponsoring Dubai Visa to Family
A Pakistani national who earn earn a minimum salary of AED 4,000 without accommodation or AED 3,000 plus accommodation can sponsor Dubai family visa to families.
