Karachi Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab visited various areas of Golimar, including Shaheed Shah Nawaz Chowk, where he met with party workers, shared tea, and reviewed local issues in detail. During his visit, the mayor instructed officials to expand the Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant in the area.
“The capacity of the 50,000-gallon RO plant will be increased to 300,000 gallons,” he announced, ensuring that residents of Golimar and adjoining areas will have access to clean drinking water.
Mayor Wahab also emphasized improvements in sanitation and water and sewerage systems across the region, pledging to enhance the quality of life for residents of Golimar, Rizvia Colony, and neighboring communities.
Karachi Mayor Barrister Murtaza Wahab revealed plans to restore the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Football Ground and Park in Golimar, promising to make them greener and equip them with modern facilities. “Providing quality sports and recreational opportunities for the youth of District Central is a top priority,” he added.
The mayor reaffirmed the Pakistan Peoples Party’s commitment to serving citizens in line with its manifesto and highlighted the completion of several development projects in District Central, with more initiatives in the pipeline.
