Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Senior Vice President Dr. Shireen Mazari said that Pakistan was under law of the jungle, as Maryam Nawaz started once again pursuing the old strategy of her daddy of targeting senior judiciary by using violence and creating and doctoring audios and videos with support of conspirators.
In a statement on Monday, Dr. Mazari said that Maryam Nawaz restarted her daddy’s old strategy of targeting the senior judiciary. “After all this is the political lot that openly seeks to bribe and where that doesn’t work to use violence as we saw in storming of the SC,” she added. Dr. Mazari stated that their longstanding practice of creating and doctoring audios and videos has found technical and political support from conspirators so that propaganda factory was working overtime now in violation of constitution and laws of the land.
“But to question is to be subjected to abduction, custodial torture even assassination. Pakistan under law of the jungle,” she added. About PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s appearance before the court, she said that the impression was being given that everyone was equal in the eyes of the law and no “special discounts” were available for anyone.
However, she raised question that if so was the case how Hamza Shehbaz got protective bail while sitting at home and Ishaq Dar in London. Similarly, Mazari stated that Suleman Shehbaz was granted protective bail at the time when he was in London and Jam Abdul Kareem also secured bail while he was abroad.
About the foreign ministry’s silence over Israel strikes inside quake-hit Syria, she said that just when the Syrian people were reeling from the devastating earthquake, Israel unleashed state terrorism on them, which she said that was condemnable. However, Dr. Mazari said: “Shameful how Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not uttered a word yet of condemnation on this. Subservience to US or new Israel policy or both?”
