‘Maryam Ke Dastak’ has received more than 2.5 million applications from citizens since its launch in June 2024.
Of these, over 2 million applications have already been resolved, while the remaining 364,000+ applications will be addressed soon.
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has developed this digital platform for the provincial government.
As of now, more than 76 government services are being provided across Punjab through this program. These include Issuance of Domicile Certificates, Birth Certificates, Copies of FIRs, Fard (Land Ownership Documents), Property Registration Records, and several other essential public services. Citizens can avail these services without visiting government offices by simply calling 1202 or using the Dastak Doorstep Delivery mobile application.
Chairing a progress review meeting, PITB chairman Faisal Yousaf stated that Maryam Ki Dastak is a practical example of convenience, transparency, and efficient service delivery for the public.
He said that the platform is not only saving citizens’ time and resources but also strengthening public trust in government services. He further added that continuous efforts are underway to enhance the platform and introduce additional services so that citizens can access a wide range of government facilities through a single, integrated platform.
