An unidentified person committed suicide by jumping in front of train here on Saturday. Eye witnesses, a 36-year-old man who identity was yet to be confirmed parked his bike near Jhanda Wala Phattak at Chak Jhumra road in Faisalabad and jumped in front of a moving train.
The man sustained critical wounds in the incident and died on the spot. The body was shifted to hospital and police after registering a case into the incident started search for heirs of the deceased. Meanwhile a man was killed and his son critically injured in a road accident here on Saturday, rescue source said. According to details, the accident took place on Haroonabad road of Bahawalnagar where an over speeding passenger van ran over a motorcycle.—APP
