LWMC set to introduce ERP system: CEO

The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) is striving to provide the citizens of the City an environment-friendly waste management system.

In this regard, LWMC has taken the first step towards making the Lahore Waste Management Company an international company. LWMC formally launched enterprise resource planning (ERP) system in the organization.

In order to start the process on priority, an important meeting held with ERP consultants. The meeting was chaired by Deputy CEO Jawad Haider.

LWMC CEO Rafia Haider stated that work on setting up an integrated system for LWMCHR, finance, procurement, supply chain and inventory management has been started. The consultants have been given a deadline of three weeks for company Gap Analysis.

She added that the enterprise resource planning system is being introduced for the first time in the company. The ERP software system will create an automated system of working for all departments.
