The newly elected cabinet of Local Council Officers Association KP (LCOAKP) took oath of offices in a simple but impressive ceremony held at the office of the Minister for Local Government, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar. Provincial Minister for Local Government, Elections and Rural Development (LGE&RD) Faisal Amin Gandapur administered oath and congratulated them all on their victory in their annual elections.
The newly elected office bearers of LCOAKP included Chief Patron Shaukat Ali Khan, Chairman Nisar Khan, President Barkatullah Durrani, Senior Vice President Riaz Ahmad Awan, Vice President Mazhar Muzaffar Awan, Vice President Miss Zulhajja Ilyas, General Secretary Mian Shafiqul Rehman, Joint Secretary Naseer Khan and Media Coordinator Rizwanullah Khan.
Sardar Faisal Amin Gandapur on this occasion assured the Association that the provincial government would take care of the problems faced by the municipal officers including service structure, in the efficient discharge of their duties, on priority basis and would also participate in their welfare activities.
