Caretaker Punjab Minister for Livestock Ibrahim Hassan said on Monday the department was preparing an application for better guidance of farmers. He said this while presiding over a meeting here.
The minister said that the name of the application would be Livestock Kisan Rehnumai application. He said there would be two prominent features of the application and the registration option would be optional. He further said that voice assistance feature would be included in the Frequently Asked Questions section of the application in Urdu and English languages. Opinion of farmers would be included in the application besides livestock podcasts and shows, he maintained. Ibrahim Hassan Murad said that agriculture-related information would also be included in the application.
Planning Director Asif Salman Sahi and others attended the meeting.
