List Of Countries Pakistanis Can Travel To Without Prior Visa In 2026

KARACHI – Henley Passport Index has revealed Pakistani passport holders can travel without a prior visa, either visa-free or on arrival, to around 30 destinations across different regions of the world.

Pakistan has been ranked 100th in the latest Henley Passport Index.

However, the restrictions on global travel mobility have also been revealed for the Pakistani citizens as per the passport ranking in 2026.

In the Caribbean and Americas, Pakistani citizens can visit Barbados, Dominica, Haiti, Montserrat, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago without requiring a pre-arranged visa.

In Africa, visa-free or visa-on-arrival access is available for countries including Kenya, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Madagascar, Mauritania, Djibouti, The Gambia, Cape Verde Islands and Guinea-Bissau.

In Asia, Pakistani passport holders can travel without prior visa requirements to Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Timor-Leste.

In Oceania, visa-free or visa-on-arrival entry is available for destinations such as Cook Islands, Micronesia, Niue, Palau, Samoa, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.

Overall, Pakistani citizens currently enjoy access to 30 destinations without needing a prior visa, placing the passport among the lower-ranked globally.

The index is topped by Singapore, which offers access to 192 destinations. Japan, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates follow in second place with access to 187 destinations each. Several European countries, including Germany, France, Italy and Spain, also rank among the strongest passports, with access to around 185 destinations.

In South Asia, India ranks 78th with visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 56 destinations, while Bangladesh stands at 96th with access to 36 destinations.

At the bottom of the ranking, Afghanistan holds the weakest passport at 103rd place, with access to just 23 destinations, followed by Syria and Iraq.

The report highlights a wide global disparity in travel freedom, with advanced economies dominating the highest tiers, while several developing countries, including Pakistan, remain in the lower segment of the index.
