Life-imprisonment of Kashmiri youth upheld

A court in Indian Illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) has upheld the life-imprisonment of a Kashmiri youth. A Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court Srinagar Wing comprising Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul and Justice Mohan Lal dismissed the appeals filed by Abdul Hameed Teeli and upheld the conviction and sentence rendered by the trial court. Teeli has been convicted in murder of Nazir Ahmed Wagay.—KMS
