A two-member bench of the Lahore High Court will hear Khawaja Asif’s bail plea on April 27 in the case of assets beyond means.
A bench of the Lahore High Court comprising Justice Alia Neelam and Justice Farooq Haider will hear the bail application.
Khawaja Asif has approached the High Court for release on bail in the case of assets in excess of income. NAB has requested the court to reject Khawaja Asif’s bail application.
League leader Khawaja Asif is in jail on judicial remand. The court directed the NAB to file a reference.
