Chief Justice Lahore High Court Qasim Khan has ordered hearing of cases filed in civil courts since 2017 on a daily basis.
The High Court has laid down guidelines for pending cases in the lower courts. Unnecessary leave of judges was also banned for speedy disposal of cases. He issued an order to settle the cases pending for 6 months within 15 days. In addition, cases of Family, Guardian and Succession Certificates were directed to be disposed of within 3 months.
