LHC admits Punjab govt’s appeal

A double bench of Lahore High Court has admitted Punjab government appeal in the case of nullifying 20 percent job quota for south Punjab in Punjab Public Service Commission.
Mr Justice Shahid Waheed and Mr Justice Faisal Zaman heard the Punjab government appeal on Monday and directed to continue statuesque in PPSC. It may be added here that single LHC bench cancelled the 20 percent quota for south Punjab in PPSC by considering it as unconstitutional. The Punjab government filed an appeal against it and sAddl AG Shah Gul appeared on behalf of the Punjab government.
