Lesco plans e courts to resolve consumers issues

Lesco Chief Executive Mujahid Pervez Chatha along with his team listen to and address complaints of Lesco consumers regarding electricity at e-court on Wednesday (tomorrow).
The PMDU will host an electronic forum on its Facebook page. Lesco users are notified to join the forum online on Facebook. The instructions read: “You can send your grievances directly to the Lesco Chief through this page.” They will also be online. It should be noted that these e-courts have been started on the special instructions of the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the Ministry of Energy. The aim is to raise public grievances at their doorsteps in view of the spread of the corona virus across the country.
