The police recovered large cache of narcotics and arrested four drug pushers during separate actions in different localities here on Sunday. The police team headed by SHO Swabi Altaf Khan during routine patrolling searched a suspect Selman hailing from Gar Maneri and recovered 3.6 kilogram hashish from his possession.
The police apprehended a drug pusher Ali Zar, resident of Sharifabad after recovery of over three kilogram high quality hashish from him. SHO Topi Ayub Khan along with police party nabbed Amjad Ali belonging to Kalabat and recovered over four kilogram hashish.
Drug pusher Abu Baqar hailing from Kotha was detained 390 gram heroin and 120 gram methamphetamine (Ice). Separate cases against the nabbed drug peddlers were registered at concerned police stations and investigations were underway.—INP
