Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has vowed to foil any nefarious designs aimed at destabilizing parliamentary democracy in Pakistan.

In a statement on Thursday, he said the constitutional foundation of our country is laid on parliamentary system of democracy, National and Provincial Assemblies and 1973 Constitution but unfortunately PTI Chief Imran Khan is trying to sabotage the very system.

The Interior Minister said after failed attempt of attacking the federal capital, Imran Khan is now trying to create political and economic instability.

He said we will democratically foil all such attempts. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan should first become a politician and learn to sit with politicians if he wants elections. Rana Sanaullah further said he had told the PTI Chairman on November 26 that he would not get the election date from Rawalpindi.—APP
