Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training, Dr. Khalid MaqboolSiddiqui on Wednesday formally launched the FDE Quality Education and Innovation Roadmap.
The roadmap, the minister said would contribute to enhancing capacity building and skills of education professionalals and equip the students with modern skills and innovative methods. Quality in education is the most important link and through this roadmap we shall be able to ensure it, said the minister. He lauded the efforts by the Education Ministry and the FDE in taking steps to completely overhaul the system and enhance the teachers as well as the students’ capacity.
Federal Secretary Education NadeemMahbub, Director General, Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Syed JunaidAkhlaq, Director Academics Prof RiffatJabeen and senior officials from the Federal Directorate of Education and the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Federal Secretary Mr. NadeemMahbub stated that the roadmap was aligned with the national vision of ensuring equity and quality in education.
