KBA demands opening of courts at the earliest

Karachi Bar Association President BA MunirA Malik, while addressing a press conference on Saturday said that Coronavirus has affected the entire world and lawyers have also been hit hard by the epidemic as well, so he demanded that the courts be opened at the earliest to save the fraternity from starvation. He said to date, neither the provincial nor the federal government has helped us. CM’s Adviser MurtazaWahab promised to help us in this regard but did not fulfill his pledge. The KBA chief regretted that nothing has been done for the welfare of lawyers and requested the Federal Minister for LawFarough Naseem to work for opening of courts Malik said along with the lawyers, the litigantsare also being severely affected. After Allah, people have the courts for justice but the courts are closed. Where should people go?
