In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leader, Jahangir Ghani Butt, has said that Kashmir is a bleeding wound and needs immediate settlement.

Jahangir Ghani Butt addressing a meeting in Srinagar said, Kashmir is a political dispute which has no military solution but should be resolved politically in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.

He said that the Kashmiris were making unparalleled sacrifices for the sacred cause which would not go waste and would definitely bring positive results.

He added that the Indian brutalities in IIOJK could not suppress the popular sentiments of the Kashmiri people and they would continue their freedom struggle till complete success.

He called upon Pakistan and India to start the dialogue process to resolve the lingering Kashmir dispute in line with the United Nations Security Council resolutions and will of the Kashmiri people.—KMS
