Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi, along with DIG Traffic Ahmed Nawaz Cheema, visited the Korangi, East, and Central districts to assess traffic issues and congestion. During the visit, important decisions were made to improve the flow of traffic and resolve traffic-related problems in the city. Commissioner Naqvi noted that traffic issues are increasing on the city’s major roads and intersections, especially in areas like Liaquatabad No. 10, Sobh Goth, and Rashid Minhas Road.

He highlighted the chaotic parking of rickshaws and buses at these intersections and directed that designated stop be allocated to prevent further disruption to traffic. The Commissioner also took notice of illegal inter-city bus stands at Sobh Goth and instructed those buses violating the regulations be confiscated and handed over to the police for further action.
