All the stakeholders of the state should retreat to their constitutional positions as this was the only way forward to put the country on track, he added. He said the JI will hold pro-farmers-demands protest rally on May 16 in Lahore. He said that there was an acute unrest among the farmers community in Punjab as the government refused to buy wheat after unnecessarily importing the grain. He added that millions of dollars were spent to facilitate mafia in import scandal. The same issue was looming large over the Sindh province, he said, adding that small scale farmers were being crushed across the country. The JI chief said that his party will hold Palestine Solidarity March in Peshawar on May 19.
