JIT formed for investigating 15-year-old boy’s murder

SSP Amjad Ahmed has formed a joint investigation team to solve the case of 15-year-old domestic help Mehmood Mallah’s murder in Qasimabad. Led by ASP Rana Muhammad Dilawar, the JIT also comprises DSP CIA Muhammad Aslam Langah, DSP Qasimabad Liaquat Jaskani and SHO Qasimabad Inspector Sajjad Jatoi.

Instructions have been issued to the police team to complete the investigation of the case from all aspects with the help of their departmental skills, the medical reports, forensic and modern technology, and the evidence obtained. Their report is to be submitted to SSP. Police have not been able to make any progress in the case since the night of April 3, when Mallah’s body was found in Qasimabad.
