Says resources being directed towards backward areas for development

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Monday said the international community should take notice as Israel’s aggression against Palestine could escalate and lead to dangerous consequences for the entire world.
“Pakistani nation will continue to side with the Palestinians as Israeli bombardment on unarmed Palestinians is the height of inhumanity and barbarism.”
Usman Buzdar said that the Pakistani nation has always supported its Palestinian brethren and the unwavering support will continue in future as well.
The chief minister stressed upon the international community to stop Israeli oppression as the worst brutalities have been committed against innocent civilians.
The global community will have to awake from the deep slumber to avoid further worsening of the crisis, he stressed.
The CM asserted that the international community should take immediate steps to stop Israeli atrocities as it could further deteriorate the situation.
The international peace is in danger till the durable solution of issues of Kashmir and Palestine, concluded the CM.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar sought a report from RPO Faisalabad about the death of a girl in Gojra due to kite string and directed to take action against those responsible for the negligence. The CM has also extended sympathies to the bereaved heirs.
Meanwhile, a number of parliamentarians called on Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and discussed different issues with him.
The lawmakers included: MNA Shunila Ruth; MPAs –Ahmed Khan, Raza Hussain Bukhari, Amin Zulqarnain, Shahbaz Ahmed, Talat Fatima Naqvi and ticket-holder Shaukat Basra.
While issuing directions to resolve the constituency related problems, the CM reiterated to solves parliamentarians’ issues on a priority basis.
My doors are open to you and I am always available for public service, he repeated. I give due importance to the recommendations of the parliamentarians, he said.
Meanwhile, a monitoring mechanism has been evolved for development projects and this has yielded positive results.
The chief minister pointed out the spate of loot and plunder in development projects is a thing of the past. No discriminatory action has been taken against anybody in the province, he said.
Similarly, Punjab’s minority empowerment package is a worth following step for other provinces, the CM added.
The government has also allocated funds for the repair and maintenance of gurdawaras, temples and churches and provision of necessary facilities at places of religious importance for minority communities will also be ensured, he said.
The unnatural alliance of the PDM has ended in a fiasco and the future of opposition is bleak as the PDM is limited to drawing-rooms only, he added.
No one could point a figure at the transparency of PM Imran Khan-led government, the CM concluded.
Meanwhile, PTI MNA Shaukat Bhatti and leader Mehdi Bhatti called on Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and discussed the Hafizabad development package and constituencies related problems.
While reiterating the commitment to develop every city and town of the province, the CM pointed out that resources are not allotted to some specific city now.
The resources are directed towards backward areas as far-flung localities have a priority right over the development process, he added and assured to complete development projects of Hafizabad district in time.
