Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said that our religion Islam teaches the lesson of taking full care of special persons to its followers.
In a statement issued on Friday, he said that the disabled persons have special abilities and every segment of society should play its role to provide a respectable place to persons with disabilities in the society.
Usman Buzdar said that rehabilitation of persons with disabilities was a priority agenda and the provincial government was actively working for the recovery of disabled persons to fulfil the vision of a welfare state.
Different projects have been initiated for the welfare of the differently-abled persons through the Punjab Social Protection Authority, he said. INP
