Is Pakistan on the list? China extends visa-free facility to 11 countries

BEIJING – China has abolished visa requirement for 11 nations from Asia and European Union in past six months in order to promote business activities, tourism and bilateral relations.

In late November, China decided to apply unilateral visa-free policy to more countries on a trial basis, which involves extending visa-free treatment to travelers holding ordinary passports from six countries, namely France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Malaysia.

Later, it expanded the list by including Ireland and Switzerland as national of these countries will now be allowed to enter China without a visa.

The nationals of Brunei and Singapore have also been allowed to travel to China without a visa.

Reports said China wanted to strengthen its ties with the neutral countries by extending visa-waiver facility.

Is Pakistan on Visa-Free Entry List of China?

No, currently Pakistani nationals are required to obtain a visit visa to travel to the neighouring country for business or tourism purposes.
