TEHRAN – Suicide bombings ripped through southeastern Iran, killing over 100 people, including children, as Iranians marked fourth anniversary of Iranian general Qasem Soleimani.
The Iranian government said around 200 people suffered injuries when the explosions hit proccession in Kerman.
The government called it terror attack, as graphics doing rounds online show people covered in blood on the road.
It said Iranian people were moving towards Soleimani’s tomb today as part of the ceremony of a military figure who was killed by the US.
Reports in Iran say death toll in Kerman blast has risen to 73 and over 170 injured.
