ISLAMABAD – TV anchor and program host Iqrar-ul-Hassan announced that he is entering political arena by announcing new political party. The name of his movement will be officially revealed on January 15, promising to create waves in the country’s political landscape.
Addressing a youth audience, ARY TV host highlighted political and developmental scenario in Punjab, praising former CM Shehbaz Sharif for multiple development projects and noting that caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi oversaw the construction of several underpasses.
He remarked that Punjab has been fortunate to have leaders like Maryam Nawaz, who contributed to development, but singled out Usman Buzdar as an exception.

Iqrar-ul-Hassan also stressed a powerful message about politics, stating that “political parties are not shops that transfer ownership after one person’s death; they are strong institutions.”
He confirmed that the official registration process for his party will be announced in due course. The anchor emphasized that his political ambition is not about promoting personal ideas but about presenting solutions to Pakistan’s pressing problems through the establishment of a new and dynamic political platform.
