Gomal University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. ShakibUllah inaugurated the first two-day international conference on sports, exercise and health science.
The conference was attended by Vice Chancellor BahauuddinZakariya University Multan Professor Dr. Mansoor Akbar Kundi, Registrar Gomal University, Deans, Directors, Heads, Administrative Officers of all departments, well-known researchers of 12 famous universities of Pakistan, while well-known universities of 14 foreign countries participated in the conference. The researchers participated in the online conference.
The principal organizer of the conference was the chairman of the department of sports sciences and physical education Prof. Dr. Noor Muhammad. Addressing the conference, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Shakib Ullah said that first of all, I would like to welcome the distinguished guests, researchers, students and especially the foreign researchers who are participating in this conference online from all the universities of Pakistan.
He further said that the first international conference on sports sciences in Pakistan’s public sector universities is being held at Gomal University, which is no less than an honour, on which the principal organizer of the conference, Prof. Dr. Noor Muhammad and his entire team are congratulated. Deserves wind. On this occasion, the organizer of the conference, Prof. Dr. Noor Muhammad said that the purpose of holding an international conference is to make sports students aware of knowledge and research, because in such a conference, leading researchers from all over the world, including Pakistan, participate in the light of their own experiences. I inform the students about the research and not only that but in this way it will also be told in the conference that how you can get rid of different types of diseases by exercising.
In the conference, Dr. Atiqa Chaudhry, Dr. Naghman of the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences performed the duties of the stage secretary while Dr. Waseem Khan performed the recitation. The international conference to be held at Gomal University will continue for two days In which from Pakistan Isra Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences Islamabad, Khyber Medical University Peshawar, Sarhad University of Sciences and Information Technology Peshawar, University of Gujarat, University of Punjab Lahore.
