Indian terrorism from Kashmir to Balochistan

I often argue openly that the weak and flawed Kashmir policies of our rulers have caused irreparable damage to the Kashmir cause.  The result of which came in the form of usurping the autonomy of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir in the shape of ending the special constitutional status of Kashmir on the night of August 5, 2019 by the Modi government.  It is expected that the Kashmir issue will be the first priority of the new government and the killer of Muslims; Narendra Modi, will be brought to the International Court of Justice like Israel.  The founder of Pakistan declared Kashmir as the jugular vein of Pakistan in the context of its geographical importance. However, as a result of global conspiracy, Kashmir was not allowed to join Pakistan despite its majority Muslims population. In the occupied valley, when India forcibly entered its forces, Quaid-e-Azam ordered General Douglas Gracey; the commander-in-chief of the Pakistan Army at that time, to invade Kashmir to get rid of this illegal occupation, but it could not be implemented. There is no doubt that the main purpose of entering Jammu and Kashmir and gaining illegal control over its dominant part in 1948, was to weaken the security of Pakistan.

India initially sought UN involvement in the Kashmir issue, but despite the UN’s recognition of Kashmiri self-determination through multiple resolutions, India’s alleged oppressive control persists. Nearly five years since the Indian siege began, Kashmiris endure worsening conditions, yet their resolve for freedom remains unshaken. Modi’s regime is accused of systematically denying basic rights and religious freedoms, exemplified by the closure of mosques for Kashmiri Muslims, drawing comparisons to a Nazi concentration camp. Millions of Kashmiris suffer deprivation of education, healthcare and other essential services, confined to their homes under what’s described as a regime aiming to convert the Muslim majority to a minority. This plan includes issuing millions of domiciles to Hindus and allocating land to non-resident Hindu investors, in violation of UN resolutions. Development projects, like the steel processing unit in Pulwama and industrial estates, further exacerbate tensions, seen as clear violations of international law. Military expansion, land seizures and infrastructure development for military purposes deepen Kashmiri suffering. Amendments granting military powers and the handing over of forest land to the army illustrate the intensification of military control. Railway and tunnel construction for military use continues, perpetuating what’s described as a systematic campaign to suppress Kashmiri aspirations. Despite international awareness, substantive action to alleviate Kashmiri suffering remains elusive, leaving Kashmiris to endure their plight while steadfastly pursuing liberation.

Furthermore, the most alarming situation is that, Muslims living in remote, rural and border areas of Jammu are being forcibly deprived of their residences and properties in the name of “Land Evacuation Forest” program.  The BJP government sacked more than 600 Kashmiri Muslim civil servants.  More than 800 properties of Kashmiris, including agricultural land, houses and shops, have been confiscated to punish Kashmiris for their commitment to the ongoing struggle of self-determination.  Indian authorities have already seized the headquarters of the All Party Hurriyat Conference in Srinagar and hundreds of houses and properties belonging to Hurriyat leaders; including Syed Ali Geelani Shaheed, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Asia Andrabi and others from Jamaat-e-Islami in Occupied Kashmir. The RSS influenced butcher of Gujarat is carrying out the despicable plan of making Kashmiris another Rohingyas.  In the report compiled by the human rights organization, this eye-opening revelation is enough that during 35 years, Indian forces have killed almost 2 lakh Kashmiris, in which more than 10 thousand people have been extra-judicially killed during detention.

Similarly, 23 thousand women became widows, 150,000 children became orphans, and more than 10,000 Kashmiris went missing, 15,000 women were desecrated by violating the sanctity of their houses. In Kannan Pooshpura the gang rape of 1991, murder and rape in Shopian, and gang-rape of young Asifa Bano are some of the horrific examples in this regard. Thousands of youths were subjected to pellet guns, more than 2 lakh civilians were detained during search operations and residential houses were demolished to promote their imperialist projects. The condition of Kashmiris in the occupied valley is deteriorating, everything from farming to business is in constant decline. The only purpose of increasing the non-Muslim population in the occupied valley is to contain the Islamic identity and the real heirs of this area.

Notably, Modi’s India is creating problems for Pakistan by firing and shelling on the Working Boundary, Line of Control. In this regard, the links of simultaneous terrorist activities in Afghanistan and other countries of the region seem to be connected with the ongoing conspiracies of India against the security of Pakistan. India is doing this because it doesn’t want prosperity and peace in the region; especially when Pakistan is the beneficiary of such a peaceful environment. The terrorist organization “Daesh” (ISKP) is also being patronized under the same objective, so it is inevitable to focus on Indian activities and intentions in order to investigate the explosions in Kabul and Kunduz. After the arrest of the agents of different countries, including Kulbhushan of “RAW” from Baluchistan and other provinces, it has become clear that anti-national elements are trying to sabotage the security and prosperity of Pakistan. Mahrang Baloch is also an extension of such a nefarious series.

Here the question is when Parliament will make a law that can deal with these anti-national agents with an iron hand. Pakistan has always kept the doors of negotiations open with India for the sake of regional and global peace, but the Indian Army has created plots of terrorism in Uri and Pulwama. They not only raised the border tension, but also intensified the series of atrocities on the Kashmiris in order to suppress the voice of self-determination. It is not difficult to guess from Modi’s vicious intentions that he is playing a new game in the valley before the elections.  After Ram Mandir (Temple) in Ayodhya, his next target is Kashmir. This region will be made a neutral zone so that the United Nations army can intervene and crush the independence movement here. India is trying to take away the right of self-determination from Kashmiris. Now, instead of verbal and symbolic stunts, practical and pragmatic steps are the need of the hour.
