Inclusion of Hafizabad in Gujrat Division against aspiration of people, says Bhatti

Ex-MNA and leader of PTI Ch Mehdi Hassan Bhatti has said that inclusion of district Hafizabad in newly created Gujrat Division is against the aspiration and benefits of people of the district Hafizabad that is why, the people of the district are uneasy on including the district Hafizabad in Gujrat Division. While addressing a gathering at Fawara Chowk Hafizabad, he said that we were established the district Hafizabad and would be protected its interests at all cost and if the Punjab government would not rollback the notification to induct district Hafizabad in Gujrat Division, we would block Motorway in the district from Khankhah Dogran Motorway Interchange to bridge of the River Chenab to stage protest demonstration till the reversion of the excluding the district Hafizabad from the Gujrat Division.

He said that we would never give our hands into the clenches of crocodiles of the Gujrat and leadership of PTI was also stand with us in this injustice. The benefits of our 90 percent people are linked with Gujranwala Division but it is regretful that some Meer Jafar and Meer Sadiq are born in our district who could not upgrade hospital Kolo Tarar but only in lust of minor vested interest and trying to slaughter benefits of the people of the district, he added.

Meanwhile, the traders of the city taken out two separate protest rallies led by Sheikh Muhammad Amjid and Malik Hamayun Shahzad against inclusion of the district in Gujrat Division. The participants of the rallies were chanting slogans against notification of the Punjab government to include the district Hafizabad in the Gujrat Division.

Meanwhile MPA and nominated Chairman TEVTA Punjab, Muhammad Mamoon Tarar has said that the Punjab government is taking all possible measures to provide maximum healthcare and educational facilities to the people while free of cost medicines were being provided to the patients in government hospitals of the province.
