An important meeting was held with the CEO of Jubilee Insurance company under the chairmanship of Sindh Energy Minister Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh in the office here on Wednesday.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Executive Officer of Jubilee Insurance Company and other senior officers.
Secretary Energy Sindh Abu Bakar Madani and Additional Secretary Coal Mines Sindh Khadim Hussain Channa were also present in the meeting.
On the occasion, Sindh Energy Minister Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh said that the PPP manifesto has given special attention to the welfare of the workers.
In view of this vision, the Government of Sindh has a keen eye on the measures taken for the health and safety of the miners.
It seeks the services of an insurance company to provide the necessary financial support so that health insurance can be provided to miners in time of need and reasonable treatment and financial assistance can be provided to miners in difficult times.
