While hearing the plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to provide details of the cases filed against him, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday sought the record of all the cases registered in Islamabad and also issued notices to the respondents asking them to submit replies by March 27 next.
“My entry into the judicial complex was closed, so I came to you. There is no place other than this court in Islamabad,” lawyer for Imran Khan Faisal Chaudhry told IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq.
“Nothing fruitful happened on Saturday either. If I make a mistake and you too, what will be the difference?” the IHC chief justice said.—NNI
