Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar is taking regular steps to provide plots to the families of police martyrs who embraced martyrdom before 2017, in continuation of which plots have been provided to eight more martyrs of Rajanpur police. According to the details, the families of Rajanpur police martyrs Muhammad Ameen, Mazhar Hussain, Abdul Hafeez, Ghulam Abbas, Abdullah Faheem, Mukhtiar Ahmed, Habib-ur-Rehman and Mehboob Arshad participated in the ceremony. These brave police officials embrace martyrdom in different incidents and operations.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar distributed ownership papers of the plots to the families of the martyrs. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the families of the martyrs have been provided plots in housing societies equipped with all facilities. IG Punjab said that Punjab Police is ensuring the provision of houses to the families of all martyrs who embraced martyrdom before 2017, with the support of good people, plots have been arranged for the families of 572 martyrs before 2017. From the endowment fund, the families of the martyrs have been given 13 million rupees in installments for the construction of houses on the plots.
In the ceremony, RPO DG Khan and DPO Rajanpur highlighted the measures taken for the martyrs of the police and said that they are ensuring the provision of plots for the families of all 88 martyrs of Rajanpur police. IGP Punjab appreciated the efforts of RPO DG Khan and DPO Rajanpur for arranging the plots for the families.
