IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon has officially suspended DSP Legal Zafar Javed, who was stationed at the Anti-Violent Crime Cell (AVCC).
This action follows allegations of misconduct against the DSP. In a formal letter, IG Sindh appointed DIG CIA Muqaddas Haider as the inquiry officer, instructing him to conduct a thorough investigation into the charges within 15 days.
The inquiry report is to be submitted for review and further necessary actions. This suspension aims to ensure transparency and accountability within the police department, reinforcing the commitment to uphold integrity and discipline among its ranks.
