The Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader and Sindh Assembly Member Muhammad Hussain on Monday resigned from the coordination committee owing to differences in the party.
According to the sources, Muhammad Hussain will continue to serve as the Sindh lawmaker.
Muhammad Hussain expressed that he has informed the Federal Minister for Information Technology & Telecommunication and MQM leader Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui about the reason of his resignation.
Reports about differences and disputes in MQM have surfaced even before.
Former MQM-P leaders Dr. Farooq Sattar, Kamran Tessori and other prominent leaders have already parted their ways from the party owing to the same reason.
