If a user has already paid the Fard fee but the application continues to show “Pending”, the applicant needs to complete the final steps through the app.
Steps to Obtain Fard Online
To obtain the Fard, users should first open the “Get Record Copy” option and then select “Copy Issuance History”.
If the application is showing “Pending” despite payment of the required fee, the user should open that particular application.
After opening the application, the user needs to click the “Next” button displayed at the bottom of the screen. The applicant should then click “Next” once again.
This allows the system to verify the payment and move the Fard application from “Pending” to “Completed” status.
Users are advised to complete the Fard issuance process in one go after making the payment. If an applicant leaves the Fard application in the pending stage after paying the fee, it may continue to appear as pending when opened again.
