Punjab Minister for Labour & Human Resource Anser Majeed Khan has said that time has come to take corrupt mafia to task.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Anser Majeed said that those who looted the national exchequer cannot escape from accountability. He said that we have to root out corruption from the country once and for all.
The provincial minister said that PM Imran Khan is a ray of hope for the nation to put the country on the road to progress. We will never compromise on national interest, he added. Anser Majeed said that the corrupt rulers filled their coffers instead of bringing betterment in national economy. All out measures are being taken for ensuring the transparency and merit in the national institutes, he added.
The minister informed the chief minster that he was personally monitoring the automation projects in the department.
He said providing relief to industrial workers and their family members was the top priority.
He said all-out measures were being taken for safeguarding the rights of the workers, adding full cooperation was being provided to the stakeholders for ensuring the development of the industrial sector in Punjab.
The minister said the government would try its level best to complete the process of registration of industrial workers during the current year.
He said interests of Labour & Human Resource Departments were used for personal interest in the past but the present government by eroding culture of corruption and ‘safarash’ had put the country on the road to progress.
Ansar Majeed said the hospital management information system in social security hospitals of Punjab was the best gift for facilitating the labourers and their family members by Labour and Human Resource Department Punjab.
He said labourers will be given their basic rights. The whole department will be shifted on automation. He said that labourers and their family members are being provided best healthcare facilities in social security hospitals.
