Torrential rain on Sunday stucked life in Hazara division, disconnected many links roads and flash flood water entered in the Ayub Medical Complex Abbottabad wards. Owing to heavy downpour in upper Hazara division including Abbottabad city, Galyat, Kaghan, Naran and Thandyani many roads were blocked by the land sliding, flash flood water entered in the houses and destroyed household.
In Havelian, Abbottabad, Qalandar Abad and Mansehra Karakoram Highway (KKH) were blocked at several places by the flash flood and thousands of the vehicles were trapped in the water. Several link roads in all over Hazara division were disconnected by the flash flood and land sliding. KKH and other roads were also blocked in Abbottabad, Mansehra and Battagram due to that traffic was also jammed for hours. Electricity transmission lines and telecommunication system badly damaged due to heavy rain in most parts of Hazara division.
In Abbottabad city due to the choked sewerage system after heavy rain, all the filth entered in houses and streets with the flash flood and swept the furniture and household items in several parts of the city.
