Punjab’s Health Minister Salman Rafique on Thursday announced reinstatement of Health Card services throughout the province.
Rafique while talking to the reporters revealed the plans to reintroduce Sehat Card services in Punjab shortly. He also commended the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf for what he said continuing the PML-N initiated Sehat Card program while governing the Punjab. The sources said that Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz sought recommendations about revival of the health insurance.
“A working group will be formed first for relaunching of the health card,” said the sources.
The Punjab CM, they said, also sought a practical plan within three months time for relaunching of the health card.
