STAFF REPORTER
Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Central Vice President and parliamentary party leader in Sindh Assembly HaleemAdil Sheikh has said that the hasty decisions of Sindh government are creating chaos and confusion. In a video statement on Sunday, he criticized the poor performance of Sindh government regarding the confused announcements about the closure of union councils. He said the hasty announcement about the closure of union councils last night created much fear and confusion. He said even government ministers were not sure about that matter. He said the majority of the union council that are said to be closed belong to our voters, who are fed up with the policies of the Sindh government. He said it is ineptness of this government that it issues orders without proper planning. He said masses are not informed in advance about such steps which further add to their miseries. HaleemAdil said people are already angry due to continued lockdown and arrests. He said a situation is being created to pitch the public against police and rangers. He said the police and rangers cannot be blamed, as they are performing their duties efficiently as per directions being given to them. He said many PPP leaders are in the race to become spokesman of the provincial government and people do not know who the real spokesman is, and who the selfproclaimed spokesman is. He said BilawalZardari should clarify who is the spokesman of his party’s government in Sindh. Haleem advised the PPP leaders that instead of fighting amongst themselves for more publicity that should serve the people of Sindh. He said Sindh chief minister has already gotten enough publicity and he should also focus on serious work now. He said prudent decisions should be taken in larger interest of public. The PTI leader said the Ehsaas Program is the program of the federal government. He said it is not the program of BISP, whose one chairperson Farzana Raja is facing a case of corruption of Rs65billion. He reminded that the PPP leaders had included the names of 800,000 well-to-do people in the BISP and these names were excluded from these lists by the federal government of PTI.
