Special Assistant to Chief Minister Punjab Hasaan Khawar has said that successful completion of Pakistan Super League (PSL) is a practical manifestation of the Prime Minister Imran Khan’s vision and commitment towards portrayal of country’s soft image through sports.
In a statement issued here on Monday, he said that Punjab government made exemplary arrangements and measures during PSL, thereby providing healthy entertainment facilities to the citizens. Hasaan Khawar further said that all the concerned agencies have fully cooperated with each other regarding law and order and other issues during the matches. He thanked all the security personnel by saying that the security agencies have worked beyond their capabilities and resources for which they deserve due recognition and appraisal.
The SACM thanked foreign players for participating in PSL. He also welcomed the Australian cricket team to Pakistan and expressed his best wishes for the upcoming Pak-Australia cricket series in the next few days.
