Hamdard management, CBA ink charter of demand

The management of the Hamdard Pakistan has inked a Charter of Demand (CoD) with the Collective Bargaining Agency (CBA) of Hamdard’s employees. The CBA in its general body meeting, attended by office-bearers including President CBA Saleem-ul-Qadr, Vice President CBA Sarwar Kazim Ali, General Secretary CBA Zaheer Ahmed Khan and Deputy General Secretary Syed Ishrat Hussain, announced that CBA had succeeded in attaining their demands with substantial increase in workers’ salaries and other emoluments, including, medical facilities, gratuity, bonuses and others for employee’s benefits. Besides that employees will receive Eidi Bonuses, Rooh Afza Cans as gift, along with canteen subsidy, Eid Milad-un-Nabi PBUH grant and joint picnic grant. On this occasion the members of CBA expressed thanks to Mrs. Sadia Rashid and Ms. Fatema Munir Ahmed, the Chairperson and the Managing Director & CEO of Hamdard Pakistan respectively, and all the members of negotiating team, the Director COO Syed Ziauddin, Director Finance Waseem Ahmed, Director HR Abu-Talib Bhutto and other senior officers of the HR & Administration.
