President Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Sindh Haleem Adil Sheikh, has voiced serious concerns regarding the escalating political turmoil in the country, urging for the immediate release of Imran Khan and all detained PTI leaders. Sheikh criticized the government’s dismissal of public sentiment, warning that decisions made in secrecy are only stoking public anger.
He stressed that true political stability cannot be achieved through force against peaceful citizens, advocating for policies that reflect the people’s will and serve the nation’s best interests. Sheikh lambasted corrupt politicians who have exploited the nation and undermined the people’s mandate, tarnishing Pakistan’s global standing. He called for their removal from power, asserting that Imran Khan embodies the genuine voice of the populace and demanding his release alongside other PTI leaders unjustly incarcerated under fabricated charges by the current authoritarian regime.
The PTI leader accused the Sindh government of manufacturing numerous false cases against PTI officials throughout the province, insisting that the nation has awakened and now stands united behind Imran Khan. Haleem Adil Sheikh expressed deep sorrow over the recent explosion near Karachi Airport, which resulted in loss of life.
He condemned the attack on a convoy of foreign nationals, labeling it a reprehensible act by anti-state elements intended to undermine the country’s integrity. Sheikh called for swift action against those responsible for the attack and assured that patriotic Pakistanis will not compromise on the nation’s progress and security. He extended condolences to the families of the victims and urged the government to provide compensation for the deceased and injured, as well as to ensure proper medical treatment for the wounded.
