Ameer Jamat-e-Islami, Karachi, Hafiz Naeemur Rehman emerged victorious in the Sindh Assembly election for PS-129, Karachi Central-VIII, securing 26,296 votes, according to unofficial results issued by the Returning Officer/Election Commission of Pakistan on Saturday.
The runner-up in the race was Muaz Muqaddam from the Muttahidda Qaumi Movement, who garnered 20,296 votes. The voter turnout for the constituency stood at 31.73%, marking active participation in the democratic process.
