Special Assistant to Chief Minister Punjab on Information, Tourism and Spokesperson to the Punjab Government Hasaan Khawar has said that, in an effort to establish and promote new tourist destinations in the province, installation of glimpsing pods and parkway project for tourists in Kotli Satiyan have been completed, while the tourism highway is in the final stages of completion.
These projects will soon be inaugurated by Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar, he said.
Hasaan Khawar further said that single decker bus service for tourists in three cities of South Punjab in the style of double decker buses in Lahore is also being launched soon, scope of which will gradually be extended to other tourist destinations later.
These views were expressed by SACM to Chief Minister Punjab Hasaan Khawar while presiding over a high level meeting of the Punjab Tourism Department to review the progress on ongoing and future projects.
